There is no cart on this site. There is a field for an email address, a button marked REQUEST ADMISSION, and after that, nothing to click. This is not a shop pretending to be a dispensary. It is a dispensary, and dispensaries do not have shop fronts.
01 — WHY THERE IS NO BUY BUTTON
A shop sells to whoever arrives first with a card. That rewards the fastest connection and the fastest thumb, not the fairest one. It punishes the reader this site is built for: someone who does not want to sit at a screen at a stated hour, racing strangers and bots for a specimen.
So the site does not run a shop. It runs a register. Joining it is called admission, and admission is free. Nothing is charged, reserved or held at that step. An email address goes on a list, in order, and the subject goes back to living their life.
02 — THE DRAW
Once a garment or specimen exists to dispense, a draw runs among the subjects already on the register whose chart fits it. For Dispensing Nº 0, that draw happens in October. It is seeded. The selection comes from a fixed, recorded process, not a person's preference, and it can be re-run and checked later against the same result.
Three subjects are chosen by chance and written to. Not the three who joined first. Not the three who asked loudest. Chance, the same way a name is drawn from a hat, except the hat is a script and the result is logged.
03 — SEVEN DAYS
Being chosen is not a bill. A subject who is written to is offered a prescription: one specimen, held for them, at the stated price. They have seven days to take it up.
A prescription may be declined. Nothing is owed, and nothing is asked twice. If it is declined, or if the seven days pass without an answer, the specimen moves on without comment to another subject on the register, chosen the same way. The count of specimens does not change. Only whose name is next to one does.
04 — WHAT THIS BUYS
None of this is decoration on top of a normal shop. A dispensary that could sell to anyone who showed up first would not need a register at all. The constraint is the actual shape of the business: one person, making one thing at a time, at the pace two hands allow.
Chance instead of speed removes the refresh race, the countdown and the 3pm alarm. It removes them for a structural reason, not a marketing one. A subject who is not written to this October has lost nothing. The register is unchanged, and the next draw runs the same way.
Admission is still the only door in. Getting dressed for less world walks the same three steps from the inside of one specimen, cap in hand. The name of the place itself is a page over.
