A prescription is an offer to one named patient. It is personal, not transferable, and it lapses if not taken up in time.
Declining a prescription costs nothing.
The contract of sale forms when payment is taken, not when a prescription is issued.
Dispensing Nº 0 costs €105 in total. Tracked delivery included. Shipping within the EU only on this occasion.
No further charge is added at any point.
Delivery is within the EU only on this occasion. Every parcel is tracked.
A taken-up prescription for Dispensing Nº 0 ships within three working days of payment being taken. The specimens already exist; this is a schedule, not a promise about something not yet made.
By law, delivery is owed within 30 days of the contract forming, unless a longer period is agreed. If a parcel does not arrive, contact me at builtbyiota@gmail.com and I will locate it or send a replacement; if that fails, you are entitled to a full refund.
You may withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason or none.
This right is separate from anything being wrong with what arrives — it exists even if the cap is exactly as described. See §08 for what happens if it is not.
Email builtbyiota@gmail.com and say you are withdrawing. A clear statement is enough — no form is required.
If a form is easier, this paragraph can be copied and sent as it stands: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of [item], ordered on [date], received on [date]. [Your name.] [Your address.]”
Once you have told me you are withdrawing, the refund is made within 14 days, to the card or account the payment was made from.
Return postage is paid by you, not by me. The return address is given to you as part of the return process, once you have told me you are withdrawing.
I would prefer the cap unworn, with any tags still attached — this is a request, not a condition. It does not affect the 14-day right in §05.
Separately from and in addition to §05: what is sent to you must match how it was described and be of satisfactory quality. This does not depend on the 14 days above — it is a longer-standing guarantee.
If something is wrong, email builtbyiota@gmail.com. A repair, a replacement, or a refund follows, depending on what is possible and what you are owed.
No therapeutic benefit is promised. Nothing sold here is a medical device.
The prescriptions, the diagnoses, the leaflet — all costume. What is inside the box is a cap.

If a complaint is not resolved between us, the European Consumer Centre Ireland can advise on next steps for a cross-border EU purchase.
