Your electronic mail address, a Patient Nº assigned in the order you joined, and — if your first visit carried one — the marketing source that brought you here. Nothing else, until a dispensing opens and you choose to enter the ballot.
To run the ballot fairly, and to write to you when a dispensing opens. Your address is not sold, rented, or otherwise let out. It is used for this correspondence and nothing further.
Loops.io, our correspondence processor, holds your address and Patient Nº so the letters can be sent. They do not use it for their own purposes. No other third party receives your data at this stage.
Every letter carries an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from correspondence immediately — discharging yourself against medical advice, as it were. Permitted, but noted. Your Patient Nº is not reassigned to anyone else.
Questions about your data can be sent by replying to your letter of admission — every one is read.
