Loops.io, the correspondence processor, holds your address and Nº so the letters can be sent. They do not use it for their own purposes. No other third party receives your data at this stage.
Every letter carries an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from correspondence immediately. Discharging yourself against medical advice, as it were. Permitted, but noted. Your Nº is not reassigned to anyone else.
